While making your way through midtown Manhattan on West 56th Street between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue, you may walk right past this vast structure! The street level facade is modest, yet sophisticated.  However, this well appointed mixed use development, does not disappoint when it comes to space, views and amenities! Should you find yourself on west 56th street and 6 1/2 Avenue, look up!

Just mere blocks to Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Columbus Circle, Radio City Music Hall, and Rockefeller Center, just to name a few. CitySpire is a full service white glove building with doormen, an attended lobby, full gym, yoga room, 50 foot pool, resident community area, conference room and playroom. There is something for everybody without having to leave the building, which is special during those winter storms or heat waves!

CitySpire, a Tishman Speyer mixed-use property completed construction in 1987 and is comprised of commercial space up to the 23rd floor and luxury condominiums from floor 23 to floor 75.  At the time of completion, it was the second largest concrete tower in the world! As of this post, it is the 19th tallest building in New York City.
